We care for powerboats of every make at the foot of the Bay Bridge - full yacht service and a 243-slip marina, with dining, a pool, and heated storage on site.
Location overview
Hinckley's Flagship Chesapeake Marina
At the foot of the Bay Bridge on Kent Island, we care for powerboats of every make from Hinckley's flagship Chesapeake marina. From 243 floating slips, the greater Chesapeake Bay opens up in every direction, with Annapolis just across the water.
Mechanical, electrical, and haul-out work are what owners come to us for, backed by carpentry, varnish, rigging, canvas, and electronics in house. We're one of a handful of certified Mercury V12 600 repower centers, and authorized across the major marine brands aboard your yacht.
From your first call, we assign you one Service Manager who knows your boat and coordinates the work, the dock, and the haul-and-launch. Between the docks you'll find a pool, private baths, and dock-and-dine access, all steps away.

Bay Bridge Service Team
From your first inquiry through arrival, service, storage, and completion, one Bay Bridge Service Manager coordinates the plan and stays your single point of contact throughout.
Before You Arrive
Tell us the vessel details, the work you want, your current location, and timing. We plan everything before your boat ever reaches the yard. Let us know your arrival window so we can receive you.
Arrival and Handoff
We set your slip with the Dock Master and confirm haul or launch timing ahead of the handoff, so arrival day runs without surprises or delay.
While We Have Her
We coordinate the trades, approvals, access, and updates throughout, keeping one clear path through the work from the first day to the last.
Seasonal Timing
Plan haul-out, storage, and larger work with us early. We stay busy spring and late fall, so the quieter summer weeks are the time to book big projects.
Owner feedback
What owners say after service
“Ian Whitty as our project manager and the entire Hinckley team have been exceptional to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the product and various options both Hinckley options and those supplied by other equipment manufacturers.”
“Brad was amazing. Gavin's personal phone call was very much appreciated. I know he is best. Having known Scott Bryant at Alerion was a plus too. I have had a MJM 50 and a Palm Beach 42. No comparison to them. Hands down a much better experience. Thanks. Stephen”
“I have already made many recommendations”
“Brian was outstanding to work with!”
“I have hesitated to make any criticism for fear it could jeopardize getting continued work done with Morris, but communication with my service manager is difficult. Weeks, sometimes months, have gone by without responses. He knows about boats and is always very helpful when I get him on the phone. I end up getting anxious, however, that work will not get done. i have offshore passages planned which are dependent on the work being done. Most recently, I met with him in-person and gave him a 9-item list (June 20). He got back to me about initial thoughts on one item. i do not know if that is being done (one attachment point of stern rail is completely free). I cannot seem to get a further response via phone, email or text.”
“Top off the fuel tank.”
